Reports:
Return your printed copy together with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of purchase for a 100% refund.

Memberships:
Cancel within your first 30 days and get a 100% refund. Cancel later and get a complete refund of the complete months left on your account.

Live Events:
You can switch names on your ticket up to 24 hours prior to the event without penalty, or cancel up to 24 hours prior to the event and get a 100% refund. We do need forewarning to free up your seat for someone else, so later cancellations may not receive refunds.

For printed Reports, erase the PDF from your computer files and mail back your printed copy along with a copy of your receipt to us at:
